A typical days meals on comp diet

approx 2000 calories/day

Macros: 60% Protein, 35% fat, 5% Carbs

How I prepare 5 days worth of meals in less than an hour!

    1. Hi Kiwikaye, Thank you 🙂 I kinda surprised myself and I’m actually going to implement it – I don’t usually cook up that much food and generally have to do another big cook up by Wednesday…not anymore 🙂
