Today I have had zero motivation to do anything, the tiredness, lack of focus and loss of concentration is back. Maybe I’ve pushed myself too fast thinking I’ve been resting enough to recover some level of hormonal balance. But it appears that doing just 2 extra conditioning sessions with the girls in the last 2 weekends has set me back – it’s meant I haven’t had a training rest day for 2 weeks, and today I haven’t recovered from yesterday’s session. Mind you I haven’t slept well at all the last week which is probably adding to the issue.
Anyway, not clever. I need to be smarter, as I’m clearly not back to my bulletproof best.
So today I’m grateful that I got my posing practice in before training this morning, because right now I can’t be bothered to to anything.
